Our Capabilities

Sheet Metals Fabrication

Gleanore uses its extensive CAD and CAM capabilities to provide general and engineering fabrications, including the selection of raw materials, cutting, forming, machining, welding, and assembly of large pieces. Our headstrong approach towards complex structures advances our manufacturing techniques and allows for a high degree of innovation. We practice continuous enhancement in design and product quality.

Progressive Die and Tools

Gleanore provides progressive die with multiple stamping stations for high-volume productions to carry out simultaneous operations on a sheet metal strip. By combining necessary tools into one die set, progressive die stamping is a great solution to eliminate hassles and produce quality parts involving complex geometrics in a faster, more efficient, and cost-effective manner.

CNC Metal Laser Cutting

The laser cutting technique utilizes high-power lasers to cut through various materials, including tough metals, and are widely known for its extreme precision, speed, and versatile features. This laser-cutting technique is preferred by many manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, electronics, and textile industries. Since it utilizes a non-contact fabrication process, this technique is ideal for dimensionally accurate designs.

CNC Machining Operation

CAD-guided equipment, helps understand design requirements that guide the machine for processes like end milling, chamfering, face milling, drilling, boring, and tapping benefitting from the automation sector. This process like many others, doesn't need to change the tools and has been adopted across manufacturing sectors, especially in areas of metal production.

Press Brakes Operation

A press brake uses a punch and dies to bend the metal sheets. The sheet is placed on the press brake’s bed, featuring a V-shaped groove. The ram, carrying the punch, applies a force that deforms the sheet and shapes it into a die. We can punch 150 MT jobs per month with the facility of mechanical, hydraulically, and pneumatically operated press brakes.

Hot Dip Galvanizing

We have a wide network of galvanizers that utilize lead-free and low-carbon zinc galvanizing processes for the best HDG output. They provide long lasting protection and mechanical resilience to metal surfaces.
